Microbiology in Agriculture: Transgenic Plants and Their Impact on Crop Systems and Health

This is the result of a class project for an introductory biology class. It explores the history of the creation of genetically modified foods, as well as some of the current research that has been conducted on the consumption of transgenic food in rats. It also discusses the growing problem of herbicide resistance in weeds.
